Data controller
PROOV-IT! SAS, Pertuis, France. Data protection officer: dpo@proov-it.io.
Website contact form
When you use the contact form, the information you enter (name, email, optional phone number, profile type, message) is sent to us by email for the sole purpose of replying to your request. It is neither sold nor passed on. It is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request, then for a maximum of three years for commercial follow-up, unless a contractual relationship exists.
Booking a demo
Appointments are booked through the TidyCal tool, embedded on the Contact page. The data you enter there is processed by TidyCal under its own privacy policy and sent to us to organise the meeting.
Audience measurement and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand what interests visitors. No audience measurement tracker is set before you give your consent through the banner provided for that purpose. You may decline without affecting your browsing, and change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. IP addresses are anonymised. The only other items stored on your device are technical (your cookie choice) and do not identify you.
Data processed in the app
Creating an account and using the services involves collecting the data needed to deliver, manage and improve the service: identity and contact details, company information for businesses, submitted files, connection and geolocation data, invoices. This data is hosted on secure servers located in the European Union (O2Switch, France), encrypted server-side, and kept for two years from the end date of the plan subscribed to. Only the digital fingerprint (SHA-256) of a file is written to the blockchain: it reveals nothing about the file's content. Payment information is sent to our partner Stripe; Proov-It neither accesses nor stores card numbers.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to dpo@proov-it.io or by post to the registered office, enclosing proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Security
Data protection is ensured by internal rules on the use of the information system and by appropriate technical measures: antivirus, firewalls, encryption of user data on our servers, restricted access.
For the contractual details, see our General Terms of Use and Sale, Article 8.
